Delivery

I aim to deliver Product(s) to you, to the delivery address you have requested in your Order within the time stated on the website but I cannot give an exact delivery date.

If I have not delivered the Product(s) within 30 days of submitting your Order or any other date that I have agreed with you then you may cancel the Contract and I will refund any money paid by you.

I will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods within the times indicated. However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and I will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond my reasonable control.

I shall attempt to deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery, or if none, to the credit card address you supply. You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the post office or other delivery company's depot because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your responsibility to swiftly collect the goods. It is important that the addresses supplied by you to me are accurate.

Making Returns

Packaging

You can return items within 7 days of receipt of goods. They need to be returned with their original packaging and proof of purchase or gift certificate and I shall be happy to exchange or refund.

Regrettably, items engraved or commissions cannot be refunded unless they are defective or faulty.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post.

A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once all the information referred to above is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, I shall contact you.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by me, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

Defective and Damaged Items

If you should receive an item you have ordered that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact me within 7 days. I shall you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item, replacing your order or refunding the amount paid.

Cancellations and Exchanges

If you realize you have made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Since I post items quickly, it may not be possible to stop your order so please follow the instructions for 'Making Returns' in those instances. Please follow these instructions for exchanges as well.

If I am providing repair or engraving services I cannot cancel your order if I have already started the work.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy as an individual and as a customer is important to us, so I don't use the information you provide on this site to learn any more about you other than what is required to fulfil your orders or offer you services such as new promotions etc.

Pricing

All prices seen on the website are website prices only.

Commissions

Where I undertake a special commission, this involves significant design time as well as the creation of the piece of jewellery that is highly individual to the buyer.
